Passed 1st time money well spent Massive thank you to tuga driving school Clive is a brilliant instructor. He basically knows what’s required to pass the driving test and he makes sure you deliver. The music is amazing. I would say sometimes you can feel to relaxed and to calm with the music on. We did mock test with music on and with music off. I found that I did better with the music on rather then with it off. 4 hour lessons work once your test ready 2 hour lessons won’t work I found that during a 2 lesson bear in mind I live in Clapham I’d only be able to sniff the test routes But doing 4 hour lessons allowed me to cover at least 4 test routes The 4 hour lessons at the end were instrumental in me passing . I found when I did a 4 hour lesson my driving ability went 10 levels up. Tips from me Do the music thing Do 1 mock test in silence and another with music on so you can gage yourself You only need about 3 4 hour blocks before your test I did my test without music on but you can do your test with music on if you wish. Syed is the most fantastic driving instructor and I recommend him to everyone! A new mother in my late 30s/early 40s, Syed gave me the skills and confidence to pass first time! He is extremely professional in all of his communications and general approach, but was also really friendly and easy to get along with, and I found myself looking forward to our lessons. As a (secondary school) teacher myself, I really appreciated his calm unflappable manner and his unfailingly belief in me, which gave me so much confidence in both him and myself, turning my mistakes into learning opportunities rather than something to get hung up on. He managed to teach me in a way that ticked all of the boxes for learning the theory and basics of what I needed to be able to do in order to pass the test, but with the foresight and maturity to see beyond just the test and teach me good habits for becoming a thoughtful and competent driver for life. I feel extremely lucky to have had Syed as my instructor, having not only had a really positive experience of lessons and of passing first time, but also because I felt immediately capable and confident enough to drive alone (and with a baby in the car) afterwards and for the past few months. Charoun was my instructor and he is absolutely amazing and I never would’ve passed my test first time without him! He explains things very simply in a way that sticks and makes the lessons a lot less stressful for a new learner. He also has a really calm and safe vibe that really helped me build confidence and pick up driving quickly - also the ideal person to be sitting next to while I was confronting my fear of the fast dual carriageway ha! On top of that it was actually such a joy to spend an hour or two with Charoun every week for several months - he is so friendly and we got on really well. As I got more confident and was able to drive with less step by step instruction, we spent most of the lessons chatting and laughing! I have had 3 different instructors in this journey of learning to drive (for various reasons) and without doubt Charoun is my favourite, as both an instructor and a person. I would highly recommend, and have ALREADY been recommending him, as an instructor to anyone who wants to learn how to drive. You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Charoun! :D

Charoun (Aron) was an amazing instructor and he was able to get me through passing my test first time under 6 weeks!! I highly recommend the driving school and in particular, Aron! He’s been in the game for 22 years and he knows almost every test Center. He is very professional and to the point in every topic that the DVSA is expecting from all ADI’s to be taught. I passed my driving test first time with only 4 minors, thanks to Syed's excellent teaching! He was patient, clear, and always explained things in a way that made sense, whether it was manoeuvres, hazard awareness, or just building my confidence behind the wheel. He knew exactly what areas I needed to work on and helped me feel calm and prepared for test day. I am super happy to say I passed my driving test today first time! 🎉 Could not have done this without the brilliant Harish! Since starting lessons early this year, he has been incredibly patient and kind with me, his lessons have been very informative and clear, allowing me to feel confident especially as a nervous first time learner. I passed my test first time all thanks to Gary and Mo. They are the two best driving instructors at Herne Hill, I 100% recommend them. They’re both very supportive and patient and if you go with either one of them you’re guaranteed to pass. Thanks to Herne Hill driving School and Miz for helping me passing my driving test at West Wickham. Miz is an excellent driving instructor and taught me soo well made me become a confident driver wouldn’t have done it without him!
